1.About Cellulase

Cellulase is derived through fermentation, extraction and refinement from trichoderma. Mainly used to degrade cellulose in the fibers to create oligosaccharide and glucose. Cellulase is very complicated. This enzyme contains a certain amount of hemicellulase, etc.

3.Enzyme activity definition

The enzyme quantity of using 1g enzyme powder or 1ml enzyme liquid hydrolyze sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution and produce 1mg glucose in 1 hour under the condition of 50 °C and pH 4.8 is a enzyme activity unit.

4.Using conditionsWorking temperature: 40°C-60°C Working pH: 3.5-5.5Optimal temperature: 50°C; optima pH: 4.6-4.9

Solid dosage form: Woven bag sealed packaging, net weight: 20kg/bag.Liquid dosage form: plastic bucket, net weight: 25kg/bucket.

6.Application

Application conditions:

Temperature:45-55°C.optimum temperature:50°C

pH:4.5-5.5,optimum pH:4.8;

Washing time:15-45 miutes(depending on the desired effect,the longer the effect is more significant);

Dosage:0.5-1.0%(owf-on weight of treated fabrics,adjust according to the treated material and specific requirements;the amount is greater,the effect is more significant);

Bath ratio:1:5-1:15;Use oxalic acid or acetic acid to adjust water bath pH;

7.Storage

Stored in dark and cool place and prevent from rain, moisture and direct sunlight.

Liquid  form: Stored in dark and cool place below 15°C. No less than the indicated value for 6 months.Solid  form: Stored in dark and cool place below 15°C. No less than the indicated value for 1 year.
